By placing an order with Surface NL, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Dutch rate (21%). Payment is processed securely via Mollie. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Product Information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations in appearance may occur. All Surf-ACE products are professional-grade surface care solutions designed for marine, automotive, and general cleaning applications.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision. Products must be returned unopened and in original packaging.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Liability

Surface NL products are sold for their intended purpose as described. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or application outside of product guidelines. Always read product instructions before use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Dutch law.
